Job Summary

Our client’s Sales team has recently grown and with that growth comes the need for a new Business Development Manager which is where you come in. The business continues to lead the way as an industry leader in their respected field and there is a huge opportunity for someone joining the business to further your career and have a real impact on their success.


Your role

As the Business Development Manager, you'll service various clients across a variety of sectors but not limited in any way in terms of the other businesses you are able to go out and target yourself. The successful candidate for this role will actively manage the end to end sales process from requirement gathering, pitching innovative solutions and working with the wider business. 


About you

You will ideally be a true Sales professional coming through the ranks with a thorough understanding of Contact Centres from the ground up (extra points if you have experience of working within the BPO industry) and have been great at it and all that being a Business Development Manager involves –if it needs explaining then this is probably not for you.


Some bullet points about you:

  • Proactively sell 360 BPO solutions 

  • Proven track record of selling to the Contact Centre industry 

  • High level of knowledge in Call Centre technology 

  • Proven stakeholder management exposure at all levels, demonstrating influence and communication skills
