Your role
As the Business Intelligence Analyst,, you'll be the driving force behind gathering and analysing customer feedback, developing customer personas, and creating journey maps. By staying on top of market trends and utilising data analytics tools, you'll extract actionable insights from large datasets. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to present your findings and recommendations. Your strategic thinking and ability to articulate ideas will play a crucial role in enhancing customer experiences and product offerings.
About you
To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of customer experience optimisation principles. Proficiency in customer satisfaction metrics, data analytics tools, and Excel is essential. Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must, as is familiarity with CRM systems and customer feedback tools.
