Job Summary
Our client’s WFM team has recently grown and with that growth comes the need for a new Resource Planning Manager which is where you come in. The business has seen great success in supporting a number of business areas with the development of key resource planning processes and principles, now they are looking to add a Manager who will look after a team of two Senior Forecasting Analysts freeing up the Head of Planning to work on other key projects.
Your role
As the Resource Planning Manager, you'll work with a newly created team and contribute to the design and rollout of best practices of capacity planning vision, strategy, procedures, and processes to aid and improve operational performance.
About you
We're looking for a seasoned Planning Manager with at least 5 years of working within either front or back-office Planning teams. You will possess strong in-depth knowledge of Resource Planning methodologies and exceptional stakeholder management skills (extra points if you have experience of working building/designed forecasting models), and have been great at it and all that being a Resource Planning Manager involves –if it needs explaining then this is probably not for you.
