Job Summary

Our client’s Customer Service team has recently grown and with that growth comes the need for a new Customer Service Advisor which is where you come in. The business continues to lead the way as an industry leader in their respected field and there is a huge opportunity for someone joining the business to further your career and have a real impact on their success.


Your role

As the Customer Service Advisoryou’ll speak with a mix of new and existing customers who require assistance with new or existing products they have with the business. Dealing with a mixture of inbound and outbound calls you'll assist with providing quotations, and offer various information the customer needs to give them a complete peace of mind. 


About you

You will ideally be a Call Centre Agent or Advisor and have done a Telephone-based role for at least one year within a similar environment (extra points if you have experience of working in sales and customer-focused environment) and have been great at it and all that being a Customer Service Advisor involves –if it needs explaining then this is probably not for you.

  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

  • Computer literate (MS Office) with keyboard skills

  • Precise comprehension and ability to communicate clearly in both verbal and written

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
