Job Summary

Our client's Customer Service team has recently grown and with that growth comes the need for a new Customer Service Manager which is where you come in. The business continues to lead the way as an industry leader across Europe and there is a huge opportunity for someone joining the business to further your career and have a real impact on their success.

 

Your role

As the Customer Service Manager, you'll lead, develop and grow the Customer Service team helping the business to deliver the best service possible to their customers. You’ll build training plans and occasionally design and deliver training sessions. You’ll work with your team members’ development and support them to build stellar careers! 

 

About you

You will ideally be a true Contact Centre leader coming through the ranks with a thorough understanding of Call Centres from the ground up (extra points if you have experience of working in the tech industry) and have been great at it and all that being a Customer Service Manager involves –if it needs explaining then this is probably not for you.

 

Some bullet points about you:

  • Previous Operational Contact Centre Leadership experience 
  • Proven track record of scaling an Operation in a digital environment 
  • Excellent knowledge of Customer Service systems and tools 
  • Leadership skills to recruit, motivate and retain talent
