My client in the Midlands is looking to source, hire, and recruit someone who will collaborate with various business units to identify and resolve data quality issues at their source, ensuring the highest data integrity standards across the organisation. Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will be instrumental in standardizing validation processes and promoting the importance of data quality throughout the company.
Your Role:
As the Data Quality Manager, you will support the design, implementation, and enactment of a comprehensive data quality strategy. You will engage with different business units to identify data quality issues in systems and processes and work closely with them to implement necessary changes. You'll develop and maintain processes to ensure consistent validation across the organisation and lead improvement programs that align with the data quality strategy. Additionally, you'll manage all aspects of data flows and reporting, both internally and externally, assuring the quality of data produced and consumed. Your ability to make informed decisions about workload, capacity, and priorities, and communicate these decisions effectively, will be crucial.
About You:
You are an excellent communicator and problem solver, capable of working effectively in a demanding operational environment. With a strong understanding of data quality frameworks and project management, you bring significant experience in data quality or business intelligence roles. Your technical expertise includes data literacy, technical documentation writing, and proficiency in tools like O365 and Azure. You are adept at workload planning, delivering key targets, and managing stakeholder expectations.
