Job Summary
Our client’s WFM team has recently grown and with that growth comes the need for a new Forecasting & Planning Analyst which is where you come in. Your role
As the Forecasting & Planning Analyst, you'll support the Operations in a newly created role and be at the helm of short-medium and long-term planning for a busy Call Centre. Your main responsibility is to ensure optimal and adequate resources are available across all operational services, guaranteeing they meet the agreed-upon KPIs efficiently.
About you
We're keen to speak with candidates who have exceptional organisational, planning, and time management skills, with a knack for prioritising multiple tasks and meeting challenging deadlines. Extensive resource planning experience, particularly in short to medium-range tactical capacity. Outstanding analytical and numeracy skills. Superb communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders. A proactive self-starter with a natural problem-solving instinct and an appetite for continuous learning and improvement.
