Job Summary
Our client’s WFM team has recently grown and with that growth comes the need for a new Resource Planning Manager which is where you come in. This business supports a large remit of customers across the North West of England and has seen an increase in the demand for their services over the past 15 years. Your role
As the Resource Planning Manager, you'll lead a team of Forecasting, Planning & Real Time Analysts to deliver accurate manpower forecast plans enabling the teams to maximise resources and ensure a high degree of work-life balance.
About you
We're looking for an accomplished Planning Manager with at least 3 years of working in a Contact Centre Planning team. You will have ground foundations in place with excellent hands-on analytical expertise with strong industry knowledge of Workforce Management Systems (extra points if you have experience working within a changing environment) and have been great at it and all that being a Resource Planning Manager involves –if it needs explaining then this is probably not for you.
