Job Summary
Our client’s Finance team has recently grown and with that growth comes the need for a new Head of Finance which is where you come in. The business continues to lead the way as an industry leader in their respected field and there is a huge opportunity for someone joining the business to further your career and have a real impact on their success.
Your role
As the Head of Finance, you'll develop the finance process through successful leadership of the finance function supporting all aspects of the business commercial position. You will monitor, analyse and formulate financial strategies to deliver financial improvement across the business maximising profitability whilst managing budgets and cash flow for the business.
About you
You will have a track record of managing and developing high performing teams ideally within a Customer Contact environment (extra points if you have experience of working in the BPO sector) and have been great at it and all that being a Head of Finance involves –if it needs explaining then this is probably not for you.
