Job Summary

Our client’s WFM team has recently grown and with that growth comes the need for a new Head of Resource Planning & MI which is where you come in. The business is investing heavily into its Resource Planning department recruiting across multiple skillsets and now seeking a capable Head of Operational Planning to elevate them to the next level. 


Your role

As the Head of Resource Planning & MI, you'll drive continuous improvements in order to help the business to shift to making more data-lead decisions and leading the Operational Planning processes ensuring they have the right people in the right place at the right time. This is a great opportunity to make a real difference being able to make some genuinely exciting upgrades to the way they operate as a business.


About you

We're looking for an established Head of Workforce Planning having operated at that level for at least 3 years with proven experience in going into challenging environments and being able to create a central hub of success (extra points if you have experience of reporting platforms such as Qlik and Power BI), and have been great at it and all that being a Head of Resource Planning & MI involves –if it needs explaining then this is probably not for you. 


Some bullet points about you:

  • At least 5 years experience in a Contact Centre Leadership Resource Planning role 

  • Excellent Analytical skills to compile, analyse and provide key insights 

  • Strong commercial awareness understanding of impacts on financial performance

  • Knowledge of modelling techniques such as regression 

  • Proven stakeholder management exposure at all levels, demonstrating influence and communication skills
