Job Summary

Our client's Customer Service team has recently grown and with that growth comes the need for a new Operations Manager which is where you come in. The business continues to lead the way as an industry leader across the world and there is a huge opportunity for someone joining the business to further your career and have a real impact on their success.

 

Your role

As the Operations Manager, you'll manage the performance of Team Managers ensuring all day-to-day tasks are completed and processes are achieved to a high standard. You'll work closely with the Team Managers to guide, develop and provide suitable coaching where needed ensuring development plans are properly in place. 

 

About you

You will ideally be a true Contact Centre leader coming through the ranks with a thorough understanding of Call Centres from the ground up (extra points if you have experience of working in various management systems) and have been great at it and all that being an Operations Manager involves –if it needs explaining then this is probably not for you.

 

Some bullet points about you:

  • Previous Operational Contact Centre Leadership experience 
  • Proven track record of scaling an Operation in a digital environment 
  • Excellent knowledge of Customer Service systems and tools 
  • Leadership skills to recruit, motivate and retain talent
