Job Summary

Our client’s WFM team has recently grown and with that growth comes the need for a new Real Time Analyst which is where you come in. This business has invested heavily by acquiring a number of new systems as they look to offer more to its customers from a digital perspective. 

 

Your role

As the Real Time Analyst, you'll own the business plans from on the day to 2 weeks out working with the Operation to achieve the right service levels and maximising occupancy and efficiency levels. You'll use your skills and knowledge of Real Time to analyse, monitor, and react to changes around staffing levels and workflow. 

 

About you

We're looking for Real Time Analyst with between 12-18 month of experience that is looking to move into a business that offers more development and progression (extra points if you have experience working with Power BI), and have been great at it and all that being a Real Time Analyst involves –if it needs explaining then this is probably not for you.

 

Some bullet points about you:

  • At least 2 years experience in a Contact Centre Resource Planning role 

  • Intermediate Excel and Analytical skills 

  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of impacts on financial performance

  • Proven stakeholder management exposure at all levels, demonstrating influence and communication skills
