Job Description

The biggest growth area for our client is within the Contact Centre Operations and with that growth comes the need for a new Real Time Analyst which is where you come in. The business continues to lead the way as an industry leader in their respected field and there is a huge opportunity for someone joining the business to further your career and have a real impact on their success.

Your role

As the Real Time Analyst, you will work closely with front line staff and the Real Time department to keep the Call Centre running smoothly ensuring that all resources are used effectively and service levels are achieved in line with objectives. 

About you

You will ideally be Real Time Analyst, Service Delivery Analyst or Intraday Analyst and have done a short term Real Time role for at least two years within a similar environment (extra points if you have experience working in an FS environment) and have been great at it and all that being a Real Time Analyst involves –if it needs explaining then this is probably not for you.


Some bullet points about you:

  • Previous experience in a Real Time/Resource Planning role 

  • Ability to priorities workloads and use their own initiative

  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team

  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

  • Strong Analytical skills with the ability to seek out root cause and explain business performance
