Job Summary

Our client’s WFM team has recently grown and with that growth comes the need for a new Real Time Analyst which is where you come in. The business continues to lead the way as an industry leader in their respected field and there is a huge opportunity for someone joining the business to further your career and have a real impact on their success.

 

Your role

As the Real Time Analyst, you'll focus on ensuring effective utilisation of resources to provide support for the Operation. The successful person for this role will monitor real time providing intraday management and analysis of changes in the customer contact behaviors and forecast variances. 

 

About you

You'll ideally be a Real Time Analyst, Service Delivery Analyst, or Intraday Analyst with a strong background of real time management within a contact centre operation. (extra points if you have experience of working with Verint i360 WFM system) and have been great at it and all that being a Real Time Analyst involves –if it needs explaining then this is probably not for you.

 

Some bullet points about you:

  • At least 1 years experience in a Contact Centre Real Time role 

  • Excellent Analytical & Numerical skills 

  • Previous experience managing large workloads and not afraid to challenge the status quo 

  • Proven stakeholder management exposure at all levels, demonstrating influence and communication skills
