Job Summary

Our client’s WFM team has recently grown and with that growth comes the need for a new Resource Planning Manager which is where you come in. This business has grown year on year boasting an impressive 100+ clients across a vast range of industries with more on the way. Your role

As the Resource Planning Manager, you'll take full ownership of all resource plans from short to long-term budget plans across both front and back offices using your vast Resource Planning knowledge to avoid any service failures. Working with various departments in the business the successful candidate will collect, analyse and maintain data from multiple sources combining this information to create meaningful reports which can be then used in key strategic meetings. 

 

About you

We're looking for a highly established Planning Manager with at least 3 years of management experience ideally in a back office environment and possess strong in-depth knowledge of Resource Planning methodologies with exceptional stakeholder management skills (extra points if you have experience of working building/designing your own forecasting models), and have been great at it and all that being a Resource Planning Manager involves –if it needs explaining then this is probably not for you. 

 

Some bullet points about you:

  • At least 5 years experience in a Contact Centre Resource Planning role 

  • Excellent Analytical skills to compile, analyse and provide key insights 

  • Strong commercial awareness understanding of impacts on financial performance

  • Proven stakeholder management exposure at all levels, demonstrating influence and communication skills
