As part of a global expansion program, our client is looking for a talented and high ambitious Resource Planning Manager to be responsible for the end-to-end planning across Forecasting, Capacity Planning, and Scheduling managing a team of Planning Specialists as part of their international network.

Job Summary

Our client’s WFM team has recently grown and with that growth comes the need for a new Resource Planning Manager which is where you come in. The business is investing heavily into its Resource Planning department recruiting multiple Planning roles and now seeking a capable Planning Leader to add strategic value.  

 

Your role

As the Resource Planning Manager, you'll lead, develop and motivate a team of Planning Specialists working with the team to ensure all skills are being fully utilised and delivering exceptional results. You'll work with a wide range of key stakeholders proactively identifying areas for improvement and resolving any concerns where appropriate.  

 

About you

We're looking for an established Planning Manager having operated at that level for at least 3 years with proven experience in going into challenging environments and being able to create a central hub of success (extra points if you have experience working with the Workforce Management system Aspect eWFM), and have been great at it and all that being a Resource Planning Manager involves –if it needs explaining then this is probably not for you. 

 

Some bullet points about you:

  • At least 5 years experience in a Contact Centre Leadership Resource Planning role 

  • Excellent Analytical skills to compile, analyse and provide key insights 

  • Strong commercial awareness understanding of impacts on financial performance

  • Knowledge of modeling techniques such as regression 

  • Proven stakeholder management exposure at all levels, demonstrating influence and communication skills
