Job Summary
Our client’s Sales team has recently grown and with that growth comes the need for a new Sales Advisor which is where you come in. The business continues to lead the way as an industry leader in their respected field and there is a huge opportunity for someone joining the business to further your career and have a real impact on their success.
Your role
As the Sales Advisor, you’ll speak with existing customers who are happy with their service to offer new products which will bring more security and comfort to their daily lives. Dealing with a mixture of inbound and outbound calls you'll assist with providing quotations, and offer various information the customer needs in order to give them complete peace of mind.
About you
You will ideally be a Call Centre Agent or Advisor and have done a Telephone-based role for at least one year within a similar environment (extra points if you have experience of working in sales and customer-focused environment) and have been great at it and all that being a Sales Advisor involves –if it needs explaining then this is probably not for you.
