Job Summary

Our client’s Customer Experience team has recently grown and with that growth comes the need for a new Senior Prject Manager (CX) which is where you come in. Our client is offering the chance to work closely with the business to understand what key problems their agents are facing, grouping similar challenges together and producing an efficient streamlined view of solving some of these issues.

 

Your role

As the Senior Customer Experience Manager, you'll drive continuous improvements in order to help the business to shift to making more data-lead decisions analysing the root cause of what is causing the business the most pain, and providing timely solutions to some of these problems. 

 

About you

We're looking for an established CX-Expert with significant Strategy, Transformation, and Program Management experience operating at a high level for at least 3 years within a Customer Contact environment (extra points if you have experience of working closely on IT-related projects), and have been great at it and all that being a Senior Customer Experience Manager involves –if it needs explaining then this is probably not for you. 

 

Some bullet points about you:

  • At least 4 years of experience in a Contact Center Project Management role 

  • Excellent Analytical skills to compile, analyse and provide key insights 

  • Strong commercial awareness understanding of impacts on financial performance

  • Fluent English & German Skills is a Must to be considered 

  • Proven stakeholder management exposure at all levels, demonstrating influence and communication skills
