Job Summary
Our client’s WFM team has recently grown and with that growth comes the need for a new Senior Forecasting Analyst which is where you come in. The business continues to lead the way as an industry leader in their respected field and there is a huge opportunity for someone joining the business to further your career and have a real impact on their success.
Your role
As the Senior Forecasting Analyst, you'll support the UK Customer Care team by looking at contact volumes, headcount requirements, and staffing needs for the whole business. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of retaining customers by having the right people in the right place at the right time and then in turn reducing business costs.
About you
You'll ideally be a Forecasting or Long Term Resource Planning Analyst with strong experience of forecasting using both excel and WFM systems (extra points if you have experience of working within an Omnichannel contact centre environment) and have been great at it and all that being a Senior Forecasting Analyst involves –if it needs explaining then this is probably not for you.

At least 3 years experience in a Contact Centre Resource Planning role

Excellent Excel and Analytical skills

Previous experience of working within a multi-channel contact centre operation

Proven stakeholder management exposure at all levels, demonstrating influence and communication skills
