Job Summary
Our client’s WFM team has recently seen some changes with regards to new businesses coming into the group which means new customers onto older systems and also a re-organisation happening and with that growth comes the need for a new Senior Forecasting Analyst which is where you come in. The business continues to lead the way as an industry leader in their respected field and there is a huge opportunity for someone joining the business to further their career and have a real impact on their success.
Your role
As the Senior Forecasting Analyst, you will assist the wider business areas ensuring all forecasts are delivered on time in line with key business timelines and RP Monthly Planning Cycle. The successful candidate for this role will ensure that forecasting models progress with the business and customer needs delivering outputs that meet vital requirements of what is a modern high volume Contact Centre and Resource Planning estate.
About you
A highly skilled analytical and mathematical mind is well suited to these types of roles with a real eye for detail with some track record of working in changing environments (extra points if you have experience of handling multiple forecast entities to tight deadlines with detailed variances) and have been great at it and all that being a Senior Forecasting Analyst involves –if it needs explaining then this is probably not for you.
