Job Summary
Our client's BPO team has recently grown and with that growth comes the need for a new Senior Outsource Manager which is where you come in. The business continues to lead the way as an industry leader in Switzerland and there is a huge opportunity for someone joining the business to further your career and have a real impact on their success.
Your role
As the Senior Outsource Manager, you'll work as part of a team accountable for business performance, contractual/commercial relationships, and the introduction of change with the outsource partners. Project management experience will be key as you'll drive process improvement with impact beyond your own scope calling upon a vast knowledge pool of Contact Center experience.
About you
You will ideally be a true Contact Centre leader coming through the ranks with a thorough understanding of Call Centres from the ground up (extra points if you have experience of working with for a BPO business) and have been great at it and all that being a Senior Outsource Manager involves –if it needs explaining then this is probably not for you.
