As they continue to grow, our client is looking to enhance their team with passionate Project Managers who excel in managing comprehensive pension projects and client relationships.

Job Summary

Be a part of a dynamic team managing extensive pension-related projects, focusing on system updates, regulatory changes, and client transitions. You will lead projects with budgets ranging from £30K to £300K, orchestrating all project phases from inception to completion.

Your Role

Your core responsibilities include managing multiple projects concurrently, developing detailed project plans, and overseeing a team comprising Business Analysts and Project Managers. You will ensure governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement are conducted effectively. Leading project boards, managing critical dependencies, and driving project success metrics are also key aspects of your role.

About You

You bring at least two years of leadership experience in project management within the pensions or financial services sectors. A robust understanding of the pensions industry and its cycles is crucial. You should have proven capabilities in strategic planning and client-facing roles, demonstrating both commercial and financial savvy. PRINCE certification or equivalent experience is essential, complemented by your ability to manage and inspire cross-functional teams.
