Are you passionate about resource planning and eager to make an impact in a dynamic and supportive environment? My Client is seeking a Senior Resource Planning Analyst to join their teams in a hybrid role, working from their London hubs 2 days per week.

Job Summary:

The Resource & Planning department plays a crucial role in the day-to-day and future operations of our business, from understanding contact demand and business sizing three years out to delivering daily plans. As a Senior Resource Planning Analyst, you will be responsible for the forecasting, planning, and scheduling of several workstreams, ensuring the business meets its targets and identifying any potential risks or opportunities in advance.

Your Role:

In this role, you will work closely with Back Office teams to map out workflows, and understand individual pieces of work, arrival patterns, and the time required to complete each task. You will conduct time and motion studies where no reliable data currently exists, identify trends, and create both long and short-term forecasts. Developing and maintaining detailed capacity plans, you will ensure that agreed shrinkage and performance targets are met, current FTE actuals are accurate, and all future requirements are properly forecasted. 

About You:

You have extensive experience in resource planning for back-office operations and can demonstrate your ability to create forecasts and capacity planning models from scratch. You have a strong numerical aptitude, with the ability to analyze large and complex data sets to understand trends and patterns. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to comfortably communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the business. You are proactive in taking ownership of your work and resolving issues efficiently. Proficiency in G-Sheet (Excel) is highly desirable, and experience with the NICE WFM system with an in-depth understanding of key setup and processes is a significant advantage.
