Our client in Cheshire is offering a skilled Analyst the chance to gain Management experience and operate at board level reporting directly to the Operations Director.

Job Summary

Our client’s WFM team has recently grown and with that growth comes the need for a new Senior Resource Planning Analyst which is where you come in. This business supports a large remit of customers across the UK and has seen an increase in the demand for its services as a result of the pandemic. With that in mind, they are investing heavily in their Planning function and are in need of an experienced Planner with the technical knowledge to help build on their success. 

 

Your role

As the Senior Resource Planning Analyst, you'll lead, develop and manage the end-to-end resource planning team to ensure the business delivers a consistent level of service and desired experience to its customers in an efficient/timely manner. Management experience would be advantageous but not necessary as the business would be happy to offer this as a development option. 

 

About you

We're looking for a seasoned Planning Analyst with at least 3 years of working in a Contact Centre Planning team. You will possess a clear understanding of up to date Resource Planning principles and possess exceptional stakeholder management skills (extra points if you have experience working with Teleopti WFM system), and have been great at it and all that being a Senior Resource Planning Analyst involves –if it needs explaining then this is probably not for you. 

 

Some bullet points about you:

  • At least 3 years experience in a Contact Centre Leadership Resource Planning role 

  • Excellent Analytical skills to compile, analyse and provide key insights 

  • Strong commercial awareness understanding of impacts on financial performance

  • Proven stakeholder management exposure at all levels, demonstrating influence and communication skills
