<p data-end="911" data-start="592">This is a full-time opportunity for a qualified solicitor with experience across general civil litigation and family law. You&#39;ll take ownership of a diverse caseload from instruction to resolution, working on a wide range of disputes and family law matters while contributing to the ongoing development of the practice.</p>

<h3 data-end="928" data-start="913">Your Role</h3>

<p data-end="1424" data-start="929">You&rsquo;ll manage a mix of civil litigation and family files, including contract disputes, property issues, debt recovery, contentious probate, divorce, financial remedy, and children matters. You&rsquo;ll advise clients, draft legal documents, liaise with third parties, and conduct advocacy at interim hearings when appropriate. With autonomy in your daily work, you&rsquo;ll also be involved in negotiations, mediations, and business development activities that help maintain and grow the firm&rsquo;s client base.</p>

<h3 data-end="1441" data-start="1426">About You</h3>

<p data-end="1799" data-start="1442">You are a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years&rsquo; PQE in litigation and/or family law. You have a solid grasp of civil procedure and family law processes, excellent drafting ability, and the confidence to manage your own caseload. While advocacy experience is a plus, your communication skills and client-focused mindset are what truly set you apart.</p>
