A growing business is looking for an enthusiastic B2B Telesales Executive to join its expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with telesales, telemarketing or lead generation experience who enjoys speaking with business decision-makers and creating high-quality sales opportunities.

Job Summary

As a B2B Telesales Executive, you will contact prospective business customers, build rapport and identify relevant opportunities for further follow-up.

You will work within a supportive, target-driven environment and receive access to quality data, clear campaign objectives and ongoing coaching. The role offers a competitive basic salary, uncapped commission and genuine scope for progression.

Your Role

You will make outbound calls to businesses across a range of sectors, introducing relevant services and speaking with key contacts to understand their needs. You will ask effective questions, identify areas of interest and record accurate information to support the next stage of the sales process. You will be expected to manage your activity against agreed targets while maintaining a professional, consultative and engaging approach in every conversation.

About You

You will be a confident and resilient communicator with previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, lead generation or another telephone-based sales role. You will be comfortable speaking with business decision-makers, handling objections and working towards clear performance targets. A positive attitude, strong attention to detail and the ability to build rapport quickly will be important.
