This is a hands-on, client-facing role at the heart of the Operations team, reporting directly to the Operations Director. As a vital part of the team, you’ll play a key role in setting the standard for how they work with thier clients and prospects.

Job Summary
In this role, you will help ensure clients receive exceptional service, building our reputation as the go-to demand creation partner. From scheduling appointments and attending client calls to monitoring productivity and improving processes, your contributions will be integral to exceeding expectations and delighting clients.

Your Role
You will take ownership of daily task allocation, process review, and implementing new ways to improve team effectiveness. You'll manage meeting handovers, schedule appointments, and ensure follow-up actions are executed to perfection. With strong communication skills, you’ll represent My Client on cadence calls, provide campaign updates, and handle last-minute requests with professionalism and focus.

By overseeing the Sales team, you’ll ensure workloads are balanced, processes are refined, and client relationships are strengthened. This role requires someone who is proactive, highly adaptable, and able to plan their day while reacting effectively to any urgent challenges that arise.

About You
You’re a natural problem-solver with strong attention to detail and exceptional multitasking abilities. You bring a positive “get stuck in” attitude to everything you do and are comfortable picking up the phone to speak to clients and prospects. Your professionalism, motivational nature, and ability to make objective decisions will set you apart.

You also have a knack for improving processes and can work effectively within a team to implement change. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 platforms and CRM systems is essential, along with a calm and unflappable personality.
