Your Role
You’ll manage your own caseload of commercial property matters, including purchases, sales, leases, refinancing, and development work. You'll liaise directly with clients, agents, and stakeholders, drafting and negotiating legal documents and providing practical, solution-focused advice. You'll be involved in both day-to-day client work and longer-term business development, helping to grow the department and expand the firm’s presence in the regional market.

You’re a qualified solicitor with a solid foundation in commercial property law and a genuine interest in supporting businesses through expert legal guidance. You're confident, commercially minded, and capable of managing transactions from instruction through to completion. Whether you’re early in your career or more experienced, you’re keen to take ownership of your work while enjoying the backing of a collaborative, knowledgeable team.
