Job Summary
You’ll take ownership of a full residential conveyancing caseload, working within a supportive and collaborative environment that blends tradition with modern legal practice. With a strong client base, excellent administrative support, and access to an experienced legal team, this role offers professional autonomy alongside the security of a reputable firm.
Your Role
You will manage all aspects of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, lease extensions, shared ownership schemes, and remortgages. You’ll maintain clear, friendly client communication and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards, including CQS accreditation requirements. You’ll also contribute to maintaining the firm’s long-standing reputation for professional, honest advice with a personal touch.

You are a qualified solicitor with experience in residential conveyancing and a proven ability to manage matters from instruction through to post-completion. You are organised, professional, and client-focused, with strong attention to detail. You’re approachable and enjoy working in a team that values traditional service and long-term client relationships.
