Job Summary

Our client’s Customer Service team has recently grown and with that growth comes the need for a new Customer Retentions Advisor which is where you come in. The business continues to lead the way as an industry leader in their respected field and there is a huge opportunity for someone joining the business to further their career and have a real impact on their success.


Your role

As the Customer Retentions Advisor, you’ll speak with customers to help them understand each product they are subscribed to going through the benefits and features so they know how best to utilise the services that is being offered. 


About you

You will ideally be a Call Centre Agent or Advisor and have done a Telephone-based role for at least one year within a similar environment (extra points if you have experience working in a customer-focused environment) and have been great at it and all that being a Customer Service Advisor involves –if it needs explaining then this is probably not for you.

  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Computer literate (MS Office) with keyboard skills
  • Precise comprehension and ability to communicate clearly in both verbal and written form
  • Ability to work to agreed performance targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
