Job Summary

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound queries across phone, email, and webchat. You'll resolve issues efficiently, provide accurate information, and deliver a consistently excellent customer experience. Working within a supportive team environment, you'll play a key role in maintaining high service standards as the business continues to grow.

Your Role

Your day-to-day will involve managing a variety of customer enquiries, from general questions to more complex issues that require problem-solving and empathy. You'll work to clear processes and quality standards, ensuring every interaction leaves the customer feeling valued and supported. You'll also collaborate with colleagues and other departments to resolve escalations and contribute to continuous service improvements. Whether it's navigating CRM systems, following compliance guidelines, or simply being a friendly, helpful voice on the phone, you'll be central to the customer journey.

About You

You're a natural communicator with a genuine passion for helping people. You stay calm under pressure, adapt quickly to change, and take pride in doing a great job. Whether you're new to contact centres or have previous experience, what matters most is your positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to delivering excellent service. You're comfortable using technology, picking up new systems quickly, and working as part of a collaborative team.

You'll Bring:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A customer-first mindset with a problem-solving approach
  • The ability to stay calm and professional in busy, fast-paced environments
  • Confidence using computers, CRM systems, and the Microsoft Office Suite
  • A flexible, adaptable attitude – especially as the business evolves
  • Previous contact centre or customer service experience is desirable but not essential

What's On Offer:

  • Full-time, permanent contract with job security in a growing business
  • Current working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm (onsite)
  • Future flexibility: Shift patterns may evolve to include weekends with days off in lieu
  • Comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed
  • Real opportunities for progression as the company scales
  • A supportive, team-focused culture where your contribution is valued
