Our client a UK-wide organisation is looking to add a further 10 Customer Service Advisors to their already successful teams based in Edinburgh with hybrid options available

Job Summary

As a French-Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the company's success. Your strong communication skills, both in French and English, will be instrumental in assisting customers and providing them with solutions to their inquiries and concerns.

 

Your role

In this role, you will engage with customers primarily in French, addressing their queries through various channels, including email and chat. Your ability to multitask will be crucial as you handle a diverse range of inquiries. You will demonstrate your excellent problem-solving skills by resolving issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience. 

 

About you

You will ideally be a Call Centre Agent or Advisor and have done a Telephone-based role for at least one year within a similar environment (extra points if you have experience working in a service and customer-focused environment) and have been great at it and all that being a Customer Service Advisor involves –if it needs explaining then this is probably not for you.
