Job Summary

Our client’s Customer Service team has recently grown and with that growth comes the need for a new Customer Service Advisor which is where you come in. The business continues to lead the way as an industry leader in their respected field and there is a huge opportunity for someone joining the business to further their your and have a real impact on their success.

 

Your role

As the Customer Service Advisor, you’ll manage various communication channels, including inbound and outbound calls and emails, processing orders, registering new clients, and addressing client queries. In addition to maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines, you will actively seek opportunities to enhance our service quality.

 

About you

The ideal candidate will possess outstanding customer service skills, a professional telephone manner, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume environment. Your proactive and collaborative approach, combined with strong organisational skills, will enable you to excel in this role. Effective communication, both written and verbal, is crucial as you engage with clients across various platforms. Your passion for providing exceptional customer service and your ethical, compassionate approach make you a valuable addition to the team.
