Job Summary

Our client’s Customer Service team has recently expanded and with that growth comes the need for a new Customer Service Advisor which is where you come in. The business continues to lead the way as an industry leader in their respected field and there is a huge opportunity for someone joining the business to further their career and have a real impact on their success.

 

Your role

As the Customer Service Advisor, you'll warmly welcome our client's valued customers, assisting them efficiently. As you become part of the team, you'll discover and nurture your innate talent for helping people. About you

You will ideally be a Customer Service Representative or Assistant and have done a Telephone-based role or a front-of-house customer service role within a similar environment (extra points if you have experience working in a Contact Centre environment) and have been great at it and all that being a Customer Service Representative involves –if it needs explaining then this is probably not for you.
