This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by responding efficiently and effectively to a variety of inquiries across multiple channels, including phone, email, and ticketing systems.
You’ll work on a 4-out-of-7 day rota, including weekends and Bank Holidays, and will enjoy a supportive and rewarding work environment. After a successful probation period, you’ll have the opportunity to take advantage of hybrid working. Plus, a bonus and commission structure ensures your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed.
Your Role
As a Customer Support Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, delivering professional, friendly, and reassuring support in every interaction. You’ll be responsible for resolving queries on the first contact where possible, managing expectations for follow-ups, and adhering to internal quality standards. Utilising your active listening and problem-solving skills, you’ll ensure customers feel valued and understood.
This role also involves managing support requests and applying charges to accounts when necessary, always maintaining the highest levels of accuracy and customer excellence. You’ll work collaboratively with your team to meet and exceed targets, ensuring you’re up to date with all business processes to provide consistent and high-quality support.
