Job Summary

Our client is building a brand new UK Customer Operations team as they look to introduce new products within the Fintech industry and with that growth comes the need for new Customer Service Advisors. The business continues to lead the way as an industry leader in their respected field and there is a huge opportunity for someone joining the business to further their career and have a real impact on their success.


Your role

As the Customer Service Advisor, you'll work directly with the UK Head of Operations helping with customer queries relating to transactions and general support as the first line of contact through phone and email. 


About you

You are a strong team player and communicate well with people at all levels whilst being able to think on your feet as this will be part of a fast-paced environment! You'll be confident to deal with requests however tough they may be and embrace the challenge (extra points if you have experience working within the FS industry) and have been great at it and all that being a Customer Service Agent involves –if it needs explaining then this is probably not for you.
