Job Summary

Our client’s Customer Service team has recently grown and with that growth comes the need for a new Customer Service Advisor which is where you come in. This business supports a large remit of customers across the UK/Europe and has seen an increase in the demand for its services. The brand continues to lead the way as an industry leader in their respected field and there is a huge opportunity for someone joining the business to further their career and have a real impact on their success.


Your role

As the Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact to support our client's customers with all types of account queries, working with each customer to build a level of trust and care offering the very best service available to them. The successful candidates will benefit from ongoing training, cross-skilling and fantastic career development opportunities.


About you

The successful person for this role will be a Customer Focused with ideally some experience in a Call or Contact Centre but not essential (extra points if you have Customer Service experience over the phone) and have been great at it and all that being a  Customer Service Advisor, involves –if it needs explaining then this is probably not for you.

  • Ability to work with a few different systems/PC literate 


***Please note shift pattern is 2 days (7am – 7pm), 2 nights (7pm-7am) and 4 off**
