Based at their Barrow site, with a dynamic mix of homeworkers and office staff, you will lead a team committed to excellence in customer care. Your Role:

As the Customer Service Team Manager, you will embody the bridge between the business and their customers, ensuring that each interaction is handled with the utmost care and professionalism. Your educational background meets at least the GCSE level, and your proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is matched by your exceptional communication skills.
