Job Summary

Our client’s CS team has recently grown and with that growth comes the need for a new Customer Support Specialist which is where you come in. This business has grown year on year and as part of their UK expansion, they are looking to add to their already successful Operation teams. 


Your role

As the Customer Support Specialist, you will respond appropriately to all customer enquiries and ensure that administration is carried out accurately, on time and to the agreed service levels.


About you

We're interested in speaking with candidates that have worked in a Call Centre or Contact Centre environment with strong Customer Service skills being able to work independently or as part of a growing team. You will have exceptional listening and questioning skills with the ability to work under pressure. 


Some bullet points about you:

  • At least 1 years experience in a Contact Centre role 

  • Excellent people skills 

  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of impacts on financial performance

  • Proven stakeholder management exposure at all levels, demonstrating influence and communication skills
