My Client is looking for a driven and technically skilled Dialler Manager to take ownership of their outbound dialler systems and drive performance across the outbound sales development team. Your Role
As Dialler Manager, you will be responsible for the strategy, execution, and optimisation of outbound dialling systems. You’ll lead from the front by managing real-time performance, making tactical adjustments, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure maximum efficiency, compliance, and ROI. Your technical knowledge, analytical thinking, and planning skills will be key in creating dialler strategies that deliver measurable improvements in contact rates, conversions, and overall sales effectiveness.

What You Bring

Experience in dialler management or contact centre operations

Expert in dialler systems, especially Predictive, Preview, and Power diallers

Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities

Familiar with CRM systems and telephony integrations

Skilled in real-time troubleshooting and performance optimisation

Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g. TCPA, GDPR, DNC, OFCOM)
