Job Summary

Our client’s Customer Analytics team has recently grown and with that growth comes the need for a new Dialer Manager which is where you come in. The business continues to lead the way as an industry leader in their respected field and there is a huge opportunity for someone joining the business to further your career and have a real impact on their success.

 

Your role

As the Dialler Manager, you will work with the Head of Resource Planning in a senior leadership role combining these skills and empowering an established and high performing team to deliver optimising of performance across Contact Centre operational channels. 

 

About you

You will ideally be a truly skilled Dialler professional who thrives working in a fast paced environment (extra points if you have experience of working within a heavily data-driven environment) and have been great at it and all that being a Dialler Manager involves –if it needs explaining then this is probably not for you.

 

Some bullet points about you:

  • Strong leadership capabilities in managing Dialler Analysts in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong experience in outbound contact channel execution 

  • Advanced knowledge and use of SQL 

  • Logical thinker and a methodical problem solver  

  • Proven stakeholder management exposure at all levels, demonstrating influence and communication skills
