Beyond your casework, you will play a key role in shaping the firm’s direction, contributing to business development initiatives and strengthening the firm’s presence in the market. You will foster strong client relationships, drive referrals through your network, and champion a tailored and empathetic approach to client care. Additionally, you will take an active role in mentoring and developing junior lawyers, helping to build the next generation of leaders within the firm.
