Job Summary
Our client’s WFM team has recently grown and with that growth comes the need for a new Resource Planning Manager which is where you come in. Our client is a people-first business and pride itself in giving their staff the tools needed to deliver best-in-class customer service.
Your role
As the Resource Planning Manager, you'll work with complex capacity planning and forecasting models, build engaging shift patterns to fit customer demand as well as utilise the WFM tool to maximise headcount across the wider business.
About you
We're looking for either a Senior Resource Planner or Resource Planning Manager management with hands-on experience in developing new planning processes/frameworks being able to implement all this from scratch (extra points if you have rolled out a new WFM system), and have been great at it and all that being a Resource Planning Manager involves –if it needs explaining then this is probably not for you.

At least 2 years experience in a Contact Centre Leadership Resource Planning role

Excellent WFM systems knowledge

Strong Analytical skills with high attention to detail

Proven stakeholder management exposure at all levels, demonstrating influence and communication skills
