Job Summary

Our client’s WFM team has recently grown and with that growth comes the need for a new Head of Resource Planning which is where you come in. The business is investing heavily into its Resource Planning department recruiting across multiple skill sets and now seeking a capable Head of Planning to elevate them to the next level. 

 

Your role

As the Head of Resource Planning, you'll be responsible for the efficient utilisation of resources across the business to deliver cost-effective solutions for its customers. You'll work with the WFM team who are responsible for all aspects of the end-to-end planning and scheduling processes for the business working with the latest WFM technology to make improvements to the accuracy of their forecasting and scheduling.

 

About you

We're looking for an established Head of Workforce Planning having operated at that level for at least 3 years with proven experience in going into challenging environments and being able to create a central hub of success (extra points if you have experience of working with NICE IEX TotalView), and have been great at it and all that being a Head of Resource Planning involves –if it needs explaining then this is probably not for you. 

 

Some bullet points about you:

  • At least 5 years experience in a Contact Centre Leadership Resource Planning role 

  • Excellent Analytical skills to compile, analyse and provide key insights 

  • Strong commercial awareness understanding of impacts on financial performance

  • Knowledge of Planning within a Multi-Channel operation 

  • Proven stakeholder management exposure at all levels, demonstrating influence and communication skills
