Job Summary

Our client’s Insight & Analytics team has recently grown and with that growth comes the need for a new MI Analyst which is where you come in. The business continues to lead the way as an industry leader in their respected field and there is a huge opportunity for someone joining the business to further your career and have a real impact on their success.


Your role

As the MI Analyst, you'll proactively develop Insight and Analysis reports to support the Operations by identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiencies, maximise sales and improve customer satisfaction through your recommendations.     


About you

You will be highly analytical or have a coding background invested in your career wanting to make a real difference (extra points if you have experience of working in a Call Centre environment) and have been great at it and all that being a MI Analyst involves –if it needs explaining then this is probably not for you.

  • Ability to investigate data, identify trends, forecast, and provide recommendations 

  • A logical approach to problem-solving 

  • Knowledge of designing and implementing innovative models

  • Proven stakeholder management exposure at all levels, demonstrating influence and communication skills at all levels
