Your Role

You’ll manage a varied caseload of private client matters, including drafting wills, administering estates, advising on inheritance tax, and supporting clients with lasting powers of attorney and trusts. You’ll liaise directly with clients, families, financial advisers, and external professionals, always maintaining sensitivity and discretion. You'll ensure compliance, provide practical guidance during emotionally complex situations, and handle both straightforward and complex matters confidently and efficiently.

You’re a qualified solicitor with solid experience in private client law. You combine technical excellence with an empathetic, client-focused approach, particularly when advising elderly or vulnerable clients. You have a keen eye for detail, a calm and professional manner, and a strong working knowledge of estate planning and tax implications. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or growing your expertise, you're committed to providing clear, trustworthy legal advice.
