Your Role
You’ll manage all stages of residential conveyancing transactions including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build matters. You’ll communicate directly with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties, maintaining a proactive, professional approach to ensure transactions proceed smoothly. You’ll take ownership of your workload, meeting deadlines while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintaining exceptional client care.

You’re a qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer with a passion for helping clients through major life events. You have strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures, excellent attention to detail, and a calm, reassuring manner. You work efficiently under pressure, can manage multiple cases, and are confident using case management software and digital platforms.
