One of the hardest things for Resource Planning Analysts is to go from Senior Analyst into a Resource Planning Manager role and we have an incredible opportunity working for a renowned business that is offering that very opportunity! 

Our client has two main offices one in Manchester and the other based in Cheshire and is looking to recruit a Resource Planning Manager to coach, develop and lead a small team of Analysts.

Job Summary

Our client’s WFM team has recently grown and with that growth comes the need for a new Resource Planning Manager which is where you come in. This business supports a large remit of customers across the UK and has seen an increase in the demand for its services throughout the pandemic. The business continues to lead the way as an industry leader in their respected field and there is a huge opportunity for someone joining the business to further their career and have a real impact on their success.

 

Your role

As the Resource Planning Manager, you'll create short to long-term staffing plans looking at recruitment and attrition based on customer demand, producing MI reports for Senior Managers working closely with the Leadership team. 

 

About you

We're looking for an experienced Senior Analyst that is ready to take on the responsibility of operating at Resource Planning Manager level but is still fairly hands-on being able to work with large datasets and create MI dashboards (extra points if you have experience leading a small team), and have been great at it and all that being a Resource Planning Manager involves –if it needs explaining then this is probably not for you.

 

Some bullet points about you:

  • At least 3 years experience in a Contact Centre Leadership Resource Planning role 

  • Excellent Excel and Analytical skills 

  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of impacts on financial performance

  • Proven stakeholder management exposure at all levels, demonstrating influence and communication skills
