Job Summary

As Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in driving team performance and creating a positive, supportive environment where sales professionals can succeed. You’ll oversee daily operations, monitor KPIs, and ensure that every team member has the tools, coaching, and encouragement to thrive.

Your Role

You'll be responsible for leading a team of telesales advisors, setting clear expectations and inspiring high standards through a hands-on approach. Using your knowledge of call centre metrics and team dynamics, you'll help shape sales strategies, improve processes, and ensure the team consistently delivers exceptional customer experiences. Collaboration is key, you’ll work closely with operations, compliance, and marketing teams to keep everything running smoothly and efficiently.

You're an experienced people manager who knows how to build trust, get the best from your team, and lead from the front. With a background in contact centre or telesales leadership, you understand how to drive commercial success without compromising on service. You're naturally solutions-focused, confident in your ability to spot opportunities for improvement, and driven by shared goals and team wins.
