Job Summary

As Contact Centre Manager (Sales), you will hold full accountability for sales and retention performance within a multi-site contact centre operation. Leading established teams, you will drive inbound and outbound sales activity, ensuring strong conversion rates, improved customer retention, and consistent commercial growth. This is a pivotal position with direct influence on revenue and overall business performance.

Your Role
